A museum of the 21st century as a living forum for cultural experiences, as a place of inspiration, education, exchange and discussion.
This is how the Neues Museum sees itself as a place of encounter, which is constantly opening up new perceptions to its visitors.
As a museum of Freistates Bavaria, designed by architect Volker Staab and completed in October 1999, the Neues Museum in Nuremberg shows over 3000 square meters of exhibition and exhibition space art and design from the 1950s up to the present.
