LARMgalleri was founded in 2005. In 2013 LARMgalleri moved to Bredgade in the heart of Copenhagen with The Design Museum, The Royal Castle, and The Royal Art Academy as some of the neighbors. LARMgalleri have had an emphasis on contemporary European artists but have also shown artists from North America, The Middle East and South America exhibiting works by acclaimed artists such as Robert Mangold, Tony Matelli, Nicola Samori, and Gavin Turk. The unique premises in Bredgade originally housed Copenhagen's first private pharmacy established in 1758 by Royal permission. Today the baroque interior creates an intriguing contrast to the contemporary art presented in the gallery.
