Founded in 2000 by Attilio Biasutti, active as an art gallery dealer since 1985, he is supported in the management of the gallery by his son Giuseppe and his daughter Paola. From the month of April , Gallery Biasutti has moved to the new residence in Via Bonafous, very near to Vittorio Veneto Square.
The artistic and cultural activity of the gallery develops through the organization of exhibitions in Italy and abroad, the participation at the most important modern and contemporary art fairs and the publications of catalogues and art books.
The tradition is that of presenting monographic exhibitions dedicated to artists and to 900’s movements, which have influenced particularly on the figurative and abstract art. Gallery Biasutti has presented to the public of Turin, and not only, exhibitions dedicated to the Corrente Group, Ottone Rosai, Roberto Crippa, De Chirico, Afro, Sironi, Salvo, Perilli, Mondino, Spoerri and Gilardi, more recently Lam, Felice Casorati, the Arte povera movement and especially an exhibition dedicated to the mirror paintings by Michelangelo Pistoletto.
Among other activities, Biasutti & Biasutti is responsible for the Piero Gilardi Archive, collecting and recording Gilardi's works.
Near to these experiences there is, always as well, the care to propose qualitative works, which are the basis of a collectors’ public, always more careful to the market trend.
The Biasutti & Biasutti’s approach reflects the opportunity to live the artistic reasons which have marked the 900, without forgetting the “new proposals” for the future.
