Of Italian origin and in love with this gastronomy, I propose you a workshop where you will learn to realize your real fresh pasta!
From all shapes and all sauces, board with me for a culinary journey full of greed! During this workshop, I will share with you my knowledge of Italian history and gastronomy. We will share together this tasty cuisine and I will share my tips and cooking tips.
The program of this workshop: preparation and kneading of the dough / shaping of ravioli and tagliatelle / realization of two salty recipes (preparation of the stuffing for ravioli and sauce for tagliatelle) + a surprise recipe! On request, possibility of having recipes veggie :)
